Naga’s South Indian Cuisine, located in Houston, TX, has quickly become a favorite among locals, capturing the essence of Tamil and Andhra styles. Customers rave about the flavors and authenticity of the dishes. Siddhartha Nayak particularly enjoyed the Appam with Chicken Curry and the Chicken Baitu Biryani, praising their robust flavors without overwhelming spiciness.
Maria Lara, a newcomer to Indian food, was pleasantly surprised by the well-seasoned offerings, emphasizing the attentive service provided by their staff, especially Pandi. Shruti Mohanty also recommends the weekend buffet, highlighting the extensive variety that leaves diners satisfied.
For those seeking both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, Mrs. B points to the excellent lunch buffet, which is a good value for the price. However, some reviews mention crowded conditions and wait times, indicating popularity among diners. Despite this, the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, Naga’s South Indian Cuisine promises an authentic taste of South India, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Finally, I'm excited to a nice Tamil - Andhra style non-veg Indian Restaurant in Houston. I enjoyed Appam will Chicken Curry and Chicken Baitu Biryani. Super flavored with no hot spicy. South Indian version of Awadhi Yakhin Palao. I highly recommend this restaurant. Please visit and enjoy food. You will not be disappointed. My bet.

The food was delicious, first time trying Indian food , don’t have much to compare to, but I was skeptical I wasn’t going to enjoy it. However I found myself savoring every bite of my food , everything was well seasoned . Our server Pandi was exceptional , took such good care of us , was so patient explaining the dishes to us , would 100% recommend !!!

My absolutely favorite place to have Indian food in Houston! And don't forget to try out thier weekend buffet. Go with an empty tummy for sure coz you will have so many varieties! Also each and every staff of Nagas is very well spoke and polite including Mr Moorthy! Service is exceptional and food is top class.

The place gave me mixed feelings, tough to rate. Here’s the thing: the variety of options are awesome, I ate soo much I couldn’t breathe or put on a seat belt. But, this place can get very crowded, we had to wait 30-45 mins to get in, they have a queue system. And the waiting area is right next to the buffet area which means all the crowd waiting to get in are staring at your food plates and blocking your way to get food. And, when the food trays were almost empty, they did not refill immediately, I somehow feel that was unfair to not refill immediately and then you are forced to take some other item, cause who wants to wait when you are hungry? They also had live dosa station, but the icecream machine was faulty, pretty good varieties in Indian desserts though, overall, I’d give a 4/5. Definitely worth trying it out. Page yourself or else you’ll over-eat and barely be able to move afterwards

Super yummy food and the best service we have had in a while... our dish came back a little too spicy for us and they took it back without us asking and made another new one for us! Loved how accommodating they were... not to mention the service with a smile throughout the whole meal! Thank you John for giving us the wonderful dining experience!

One of the best South Indian cuisine in the entire Greater Houston area! The best quality food you could enjoy anywhere! Even after stuffing myself, I didn't feel bloated or suffer heartburn or indigestion like other restaurant food! If you are going for a weekend buffet, get there around noon... gets filled pretty quick, and stays busy for a long time! However, your wait for a table will be worth your time.

Wonderful and delicious food. It has many items in the buffet. We ate very satisfactorily. The serves and owner were very polite. Each and every item was so so tasty. Definitely a must visit. Go on a weekend preferably for more spread.
